一次紧急寻物接力，一场高效暖心的城市服务。11月5日，来秦参加“美美与共——中俄美术交流展”的俄罗斯艺术家不慎将随身手包遗落在高铁列车上。工作人员得知后对她说，“不要着急，没有问题，这里是中国。”随后，她的背包跟着火车到天津旅游了一圈，又回到秦皇岛。

卡尔托什金娜·斯韦特兰娜·孔德拉季耶夫娜是布拉戈维申斯克市叶夫斯塔菲耶夫儿童艺术学校校长。当天，她和另外10名俄罗斯艺术家乘坐G1280次列车来到秦皇岛，准备开启中俄美术文化交流之旅。

下午3时许，一行人走出火车站。卡尔托什金娜忽然发现，随身手包不慎遗落在了列车上，里面装有护照、手机和一些现金。她焦急万分、手足无措。

“放心，中国很安全，我们会帮您找回丢失的东西。”得知卡尔托什金娜的遭遇，工作人员第一时间安抚她，并向12306铁路服务平台寻求帮助。铁路部门即刻响应，对相关车厢展开细致排查。15分钟后消息传来，手包找到了，已被送上G8933次列车，预计将于当晚7时许到达秦皇岛。

工作人员及时赶到火车站，经过信息核验，顺利取回手包，并将其交还给卡尔托什金娜。

手包失而复得，卡尔托什金娜高兴极了。她对秦皇岛高效迅速的应急处置表达由衷感谢，并对这里良好的社会治安环境称赞不已，“我手包里的东西什么都没丢，中国很安全，治安很好！”

这是卡尔托什金娜初次来到秦皇岛，她认为这里的生态环境非常棒。“秦皇岛的树木很多，绿化非常好，很美！我想去海边看看，要拍很多照片。”卡尔托什金娜说，“但给我留下更深印象的还是秦皇岛的人，我遇到了麻烦，这里的人帮我解决了它，我非常感激。”
