justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 保护不是把城市留在过去，而是让老建筑延续生命、让历史文脉在当代城市中继续生长。近年来，汕头小公园开埠区修复建筑353座，面积约23万平方米，完整且真实地还原了城市历史风貌。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" 随着保护与活化利用工作深化，更多老建筑有了新用途。胡文豹大楼（“星华日报社”旧址）焕新为全省首批十所“岭南书院”之一的迴澜书院，成为集阅读、逛展、活动、打卡于一体的“城市文化客厅”；修缮后的骑楼街区连续三年举办元宵灯会，创新打造融入潮汕美食、红头船、侨批等元素的主题灯组和英歌巡游等沉浸式体验。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" 建筑还是那些建筑，走进其中的人却多了起来。近年来，年均超300场民俗展会、文艺汇演等活动落地于此。咖啡店、特色餐饮、文创店、民宿等新业态不断涌现。自2021年以来，小公园人气持续攀升，2023年起年接待游客超千万人次。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 38岁的蔡海燕是生活在这里的创业者。作为土生土长的汕头人，她把一家潮汕文化主题餐厅开进百年骑楼。潮剧、潮汕工夫茶和潮菜一起融进餐厅空间，外地游客既看到百年骑楼，也从一餐一饮中品味侨乡文化。 </div> <div class="content_type 变化还在向街区更深处延伸。汕头市金平区小公园街道相关负责人介绍，汕头正推动小公园“番客街”建设，涵盖小公园片区三条主街，依托海外侨团商会打造融合各国场景、展示地域文化、汇聚全球货品、品鉴中外风味的特色商坊，目前已有菲律宾粤商会、德国潮州同乡会等11个侨团、商会进驻。当地还依托侨批题材电影《给阿嬷的情书》带来的热度，推动将海平路升级为电影主题街，吸引更多海内外游客前来打卡。 </div> <div 窑砖铺就的里弄深巷蜿蜒曲折、青砖黛瓦的古建民居错落有致……江西省景德镇市陶阳里历史文化街区，游客络绎不绝。抟泥成器、范土为窑、瓷上作画，明清窑作群内，手工制瓷技艺在这里“活态”传承。这些鲜活的场景，正是“千年瓷都”最生动的城市名片。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 2023年10月，习近平总书记到这里考察，深刻指出：“中华优秀传统文化自古至今从未断流，陶瓷是中华瑰宝，是中华文明的重要名片”“把‘千年瓷都’这张靓丽的名片擦得更亮”。 </div> 文脉赓续，久久为功。早在2015年，习近平总书记先后两次对景德镇御窑厂遗址保护工作作出重要批示，为推动以御窑厂遗址为核心的瓷业遗存和文化遗产保护指明方向，也为景德镇进一步擦亮城市名片注入了动力。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 明清窑作群内的徐家窑始建于明末，是景德镇最老、最完整的柴窑之一。十多年前的早春，景德镇非物质文化遗产代表性项目陶瓷烧炼技艺代表性传承人余喜来回到故里，眼前的景象让他怅然：断砖碎瓦，荒草没膝。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “这里紧邻市中心，那时如果被拆迁，一台铲车，一个晚上，就什么都没了。”余喜来说。所幸，徐家窑随后历时3年修缮，近15万块窑砖，按古法烧制，一块一块拼出弧面。这一砖一瓦的匠心修复，正是擦亮城市名片的精细功夫，让历史的肌理重新可触可感。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" 景德镇市以御窑厂遗址为中心划定保护区，地处保护区内的景德镇市委、市政府办公大楼搬迁为之“腾地”；散布全城的196处老窑址、108条老里弄、247处各级文保单位得到系统保护，6万多家手工制瓷作坊持续焕发生机。在修复古窑遗址的同时，植入现代生活设施，打造国际陶瓷交流中心等。如今，在景德镇从事陶瓷及相关行业的人员多达10余万，接近城区人口的四分之一，撬动庞大的陶瓷产业链，更聚集数千名像开弥这样的“洋景漂”在景德镇安家逐梦。
