9月16日，中交一航局参建的西部陆海新通道骨干工程——平陆运河正式通航。

平陆运河，是新中国成立以来第一条国家层面统筹建设的通江达海运河工程，是国内通航等级最高的运河，全长134.2公里，可通航5000吨级船舶。我国西南地区货物经运河出海较经传统路径出海缩短内河航程560公里以上，每年可为社会节约运输费用超50亿元。

中交一航局全面参与了平陆运河船闸枢纽、航道整治、跨线桥梁、运河锚地等核心工程建设。其中，平陆运河企石枢纽，是世界首创三级叠合式省水船闸，建设过程中，中交一航局建设团队建成了亚洲最大智慧拌和楼，自主研发大体积混凝土温控成套工艺，创新应用大体量混凝土浇筑先进设备、AI基坑智能监测等创新技术，将开挖出来的土石方用于抬填造地，为当地新增耕地1200多亩；在锚地工程建设中，自主研发千吨级异形沉箱专用吊装架，融合北斗定位、影像与液压系统实现“一键抱夹、厘米级就位”，并投入磁吸爬壁打磨机器人、水下巡检机器人等智能装备集群，提效践行绿色建造理念，为运河通航筑牢核心支撑。其中，驻秦央企中交一航局五公司负责平陆运河1号锚地建设。

平陆运河建成通航后，将打通西江与北部湾的江海直连通道，有力促进广西及西南地区与粤港澳大湾区、东盟的产业融合，带动沿线乡村振兴，为服务国家重大战略、建设交通强国注入强劲动力。
