<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>王宁<strong>）</strong>8月27日下午，市十六届人大一次会议议案审查委员会召开会议。会议讨论通过了《关于代表提出的议案的审查报告》，决定提请大会主席团表决。会议由议案审查委员会主任委员刘继军主持。

截至8月27日12时，市十六届人大一次会议共收到代表提出的议案19件。按照代表法、地方组织法的有关规定，议案审查委员会对议案进行了认真分析研究，认为代表们所提的议案涉及领域广泛，问题研判深刻，建言精准有力，全面展现了人大代表的责任和担当，充分反映了人民群众的意愿和期盼，具有较强的针对性和建设性。从内容上看，上述议案属于政府职能范围，所提事项属于市政府及其职能部门具体工作，部分内容正在推进实施，不具备作为大会议案的条件，将其转为代表建议、批评和意见处理。
