7月23日，在位于海港区的秦皇岛国际旅游港，娇染坊手工扎染技艺非遗代表性传承人王博通过非遗直播间介绍扎染技艺。本场活动是海港区非遗直播间第六场直播，同时也是直播间首次走出室内、进驻网红打卡地开展的直播。活动旨在丰富旅游旺季群众文化生活，推动非遗从静态展示转向动态体验，促进文旅场景与非遗传承有机融合。
