<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>刘建楠<strong>）</strong>在中国人民解放军建军99周年来临之际，按照市委统一部署，连日来，市领导深入基层一线，看望慰问驻秦部队、退役军人及重点优抚对象，为他们送去党和政府的关怀与温暖，向他们致以节日的问候。

市领导强调，长期以来，驻秦部队扎根地方、忠诚履职、守护平安，为全市社会稳定、经济发展保驾护航，彰显了人民军队的优良作风与责任担当。各级各部门要赓续拥军优良传统，厚植军民鱼水深情，持续落实拥军优属各项政策，用心用情用力解决军人军属实际困难，在全社会营造尊崇军人、关爱军属的浓厚氛围，不断提升他们的获得感、幸福感、荣誉感，为实现中国梦、强军梦凝聚磅礴力量。
