data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 近年来，市人大常委会在规范化建设、高质效运行代表联络站实现乡镇（街道）全覆盖的基础上，鼓励基层探索创新，激发代表履职热情，打造一批有特色的活动“微阵地”，把履职答卷写在基层一线、群众心间。 </div> <div class="content_type 在河南能源集团永煤公司车集煤矿入井口，一间五六平方米的小屋，是职工维权、“双心”服务、“三违帮教”和代表接待“四室合一”的地方。全国人大代表、车集煤矿电工班班长游弋，定期在这里听工友唠烦心事。他说：“别看从我的工匠工作室到这里只隔两栋楼，效果大不一样。我‘跑远点’，才能和工友的心声‘离近点’。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" 去年，游弋接待时听到两个下井工友闲聊，说工服和胶靴每年发一次，不到时间就坏了。他当场核实，发现很普遍，便建议矿上把发放周期从一年调为八个月，问题很快解决。还有一次，他发现一位工友心事重重，问后得知，有人想低价强包他家老人的耕地。游弋立即联系村委会和相关部门，妥善处理了纠纷。“工友下井前，唠唠遇到的麻烦，帮他们卸下包袱，就是减少安全隐患。”游弋说，他习惯用“有啥事没”开头，和工友们打招呼。 今年以来，共“摆摊”15次，接待选民360余人次，解答政策咨询142件，收集建议89件，推动解决老旧胡同积水、污水外溢、垃圾堆积等问题72件。镇人大主席团还建设了“马牧老街议事长廊”，遇到复杂问题，组织代表、部门负责人和居民、商户代表“难题共商、方案共建、效果共评”，先后推动南街河道栅栏修复、自来水公司北侧道路修缮、牛元社区断头路打通等300余件民生实事。 </div> <div 民权县人大常委会则把联络站设在集中安置拆迁居民的南华社区，与社区党群服务中心融合共建。办事群众、健身居民、下棋老人、读书孩子络绎不绝，闲谈和诉求都可能变成代表建议。驻站代表陈文兵等人，针对社区内涝问题三次提出建议，推动“城市防汛提升工程”成为得票第一的民生实事项目。经人大监督和代表跟踪，南华社区积水“顽疾”根本改善。今年6月一场大雨后，居民苏善彬笑称：“去年大雨能游泳，今年准备的雨靴用不上啦！”
