<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>王潇潇<strong>）</strong>7月3日至6日，第八届河北省残疾人职业技能竞赛举行。比赛以“技能照亮前程”为主题，共设置5大类35个竞赛项目。来自全省的380名选手同台竞技。

我市代表队共选派17名选手参加了11个项目的角逐，最终获得茶艺和平面设计两个项目第一名。赛场上，我市选手以顽强的意志、专注的态度和高超的技艺，生动诠释了自尊、自信、自强、自立的新时代残疾人精神风貌。在各单项比拼中，各位选手以精湛的技艺充分展示了残疾人“以技立身、以技增收、以技圆梦”的励志故事。

今后，市残联将以此次竞赛为契机，深化以赛促学、以赛促训、以赛促就业工作模式。聚焦市场需求，精准开展短视频剪辑、AI创意设计、茶艺、盲人医疗按摩等实用技能培训。通过线上岗位推送、线下专场招聘，拓宽残疾人就业渠道。落实就业帮扶补贴政策，扶持企业吸纳残疾人就业、助力残疾人创业发展。同时常态化开展技能比武、作品展览，动态更新技能人才库，持续培育优秀技能人才，推动我市残疾人职业技能和就业质量稳步提升。
