<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>何春雷<strong>）</strong>7月10日，我市2026年科技服务团“进乡村、进企业、进基层”活动海港区专场，在秦皇岛耀华装备集团股份有限公司举行，标志着2026年科技服务团“三进”活动拉开帷幕。这次活动也是燕赵科技创新巾帼行动“双百双进”助农助企直通车活动的组成部分。

活动以“科技赋能基层 创新引领振兴”为主题，聚焦海港区智能光伏封装设备及零部件、粮油食品精深加工等县域特色产业，来自燕山大学、东北大学秦皇岛分校、河北科技师范学院等高校的15名专家，组成光伏产业科技服务团、智能制造科技服务团、食品精加工与生物技术科技服务团3个团队，与海港区19家重点企业代表开展精准对接。

活动现场设置了政策宣介、创新成果“快闪”路演、企业技术需求发布与专家认领、服务项目协议签约等环节。燕山大学专家代表现场解读最新惠企科技政策，东北大学秦皇岛分校和河北科技师范学院3名专家进行成果路演。耀华装备作为企业代表发布技术需求，科技服务团专家现场认领。经过深入对接，现场促成5组科技服务团与企业签订服务项目协议。

活动还组织专家赴耀华装备展厅开展“现场办公式”初步诊断与建议。市妇联同步开展的“双百双进”助农助企直通车活动，为女性科技人才服务基层搭建了平台，多位巾帼科技工作者在活动中与企业达成合作意向。

据了解，市科技局在去年科技特派员“三进”活动基础上，将专家队伍升级为跨领域、跨学科的科技服务团，为企业提供技术问诊、政策宣讲、成果路演、现场签约、实地诊断等全流程服务。活动前期，相关县区已累计摸排企业技术需求68项。

此外，2026年科技服务团“三进”活动还将在山海关区、抚宁区、北戴河区和北戴河新区举办专场活动，每场都聚焦当地县域特色产业，预计促成20组“专家—企业”现场结对签约，助力县域经济高质量发展。
