本报讯（北大荒融媒体记者 孙园园） 6月15日至17日，由北大荒集团发展战略部（粮食贸易流通部）主办的招标采购与项目建设管理培训班在黑龙江省农垦管理干部学院举办。来自集团各分公司、哈尔滨有限公司，各直属企事业单位、各农（牧）场的采购及项目管理业务骨干通过线上线下渠道同步参加培训。

本次培训旨在深入贯彻落实集团高质量发展部署要求，紧扣项目建设管理全链条的核心痛点与实操需求，重点聚焦采购规范化管理、高标准农田建设项目前期管理、固定资产投资建设项目前期管理与项目实施验收管理四大核心业务板块展开，兼具政策理论高度与一线实战深度。培训邀请了集团发展战略部相关业务骨干进行专题授课，系统解读超长期特别国债投向、新修订《采购管理办法》等最新政策，并就项目谋划申报、质量安全管控、监管平台使用等关键环节开展专题指导，进一步规范流程、补齐业务短板，为集团筑牢粮食安全基石、夯实农业发展根基提供坚实支撑。
