胆胰系统疾病因解剖位置深、病变隐匿，长期被视为消化内镜诊疗中的“硬骨头”。如今，依托国家区域医疗中心共建帮扶，在天津市肿瘤医院（天津医科大学肿瘤医院）内镜诊疗科专家团队入驻指导下，天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院内镜室已常规开展胆胰超声内镜（EUS）及超声内镜引导穿刺活检（EUS-FNA）技术，周边患者无需远赴外地，即可就近解决疑难胆胰疾病难题。

技术突破：精准诊断胆胰疑难病变

胆胰脏器位置深、解剖结构复杂，病灶较为隐蔽，普通CT及胃肠镜检查易漏诊微小病变。以往，面对胰腺占位、梗阻性黄疸、胆管囊肿等疑难病症，患者往往辗转北京、天津等外地大医院诊治，耗时费力。

自天津专家团队常态化入驻以来，该院诊疗能力显著提升。近日，一名曾在唐山等多地求医的黄疸疑似胰腺肿瘤患者，专程来到天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院消化肿瘤科就诊。天津派驻专家为患者做了超声内镜穿刺检查，顺利明确病理诊断，为后续治疗方案的制订提供了关键依据。

超声内镜技术是近年来消化内镜领域最重要的突破之一。超声内镜技术融合了内镜与腔内超声的双重优势，通过消化道自然通道探查脏器，有效避开脏器及气体遮挡，能够精准发现细小病灶。配套的穿刺活检技术可实现微创取材，用于病理诊断，是目前胆胰疾病确诊的“金标准”。

站在新的起点上，天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院将持续深化与天津市肿瘤医院（天津医科大学肿瘤医院）的学科协作，依托国家区域医疗中心平台，不断拓展内镜微创诊疗项目，如介入性超声内镜治疗、胆道引流、胰腺囊肿引流等先进技术。同时，医院将进一步提升胆胰肿瘤规范化诊疗能力，完善多学科诊疗模式，推动肿瘤早筛早诊体系建设，让更多患者在家门口就能享受到高质量、高水平、有温度的肿瘤诊疗服务。
