<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>张宏宇 左云霞<strong>）</strong>盛夏将至，秦皇岛近海碧波万顷、风光如画。众多市民、游客慕名打卡海东青海上休闲渔业综合体，登临离岸海上平台凭栏瞰海、悠然垂钓、驻足取景，沉浸式解锁亲海度假新体验，尽情领略港城滨海独特风情。这座现代化海上文旅综合体以创新业态模式，焕新我市滨海旅游风貌，为海洋经济高质量发展蓄力赋能。

“第一次体验海上平台游玩，新鲜感十足，海景浩瀚壮阔，随手拍照都很出片，游玩项目丰富齐全，一站式游玩体验非常惬意。”游客杨梓依赞叹道。离岸海上平台突破了传统滨海旅游的体验局限，坐拥360度全景滨海视野，融合休闲垂钓、临海观景、沉浸式休憩等多元业态，让游客近距离邂逅渤海湾的碧海生态，畅享高品质亲海休闲时光。

作为我市海洋经济高质量发展的标杆示范项目，海东青海上休闲渔业综合体总投资近1.2亿元，获批海域使用面积1.4753公顷，各项备案、环评、安全审批手续齐全规范。项目于2019年5月启动建设，分三期高标准、规范化打造，目前已全面竣工并具备试运营资质。一期建成通过中国船级社权威入级检验的自升式多功能海洋移动平台，搭载智能生态监测、气象监测系统，筑牢智慧游玩安全屏障；二期补齐配套短板，完善海上垂钓、海洋研学、应急救援等服务功能，建成标准化海洋科普馆；三期升级硬件设施与游玩场景，新增L型专用停靠码头、海上玻璃栈道等网红特色业态，实现项目软硬件配套全方位提质升级。

依托秦皇岛优良的近海生态禀赋与优质渔业资源，项目深度挖掘“渔业+文旅”融合发展潜能，打破传统渔业单一养殖生产模式，创新构建集海上观光、休闲海钓、渔事体验、科普研学、特色餐饮、海上会务庆典于一体的全链条亲海度假体系。凭借特色化业态、规范化运营和优质化服务，项目先后获评河北省休闲渔业示范基地、秦皇岛市科普教育基地等多项荣誉，成为港城渔旅融合发展的标杆载体。

立足赛事赋能、文旅引流，项目持续以赛塑牌、以赛兴旅，先后成功承办京津冀“海东青”杯海钓大赛、全国钓鱼锦标赛等多项专业海钓赛事，全网累计曝光量超2.3亿人次，持续擦亮秦皇岛滨海文旅品牌，大幅提升城市滨海旅游的知名度、美誉度和影响力。

“秦皇岛坐拥优质滨海资源，我们的海上平台，是俯瞰港城山海风光的绝佳视角。”海东青海上休闲渔业综合体项目负责人涂永喆介绍，未来项目将持续迭代业态、创新游玩场景，依托网红海上玻璃栈道，精心打造海上灯光秀、海洋露营、海上咖啡吧、滨海休闲酒吧等新型沉浸式体验场景，持续深耕蓝色海洋经济，做强做优渔旅融合特色品牌，为全市现代海洋经济转型升级、文旅产业提质增效注入全新活力。
