“老师，我们的塔有点晃，怎么办？”学生岂一涵紧急求助。“想想——底部要怎么样搭才稳？可以试试三角形底座、加重下面、加固接口。”沈腾跃老师没有直接给出答案。不一会儿，另一个小组的学生张若妍、马悦兴奋喊道：“我们用铝箔揉成球压在下面，行吗？”老师竖起大拇指：“太有创意了！配重稳底座，很棒！”

这一幕发生在海港区海阳小学的“桌下高塔大挑战”现场。近日，海港区教师发展中心教科室工作人员和各校教练员齐聚这里，开展创新教育月研讨活动。活动以“实践中培养创新思维”为核心，通过成果展示、专业研讨等环节，系统呈现创新思维训练营的实践成果。

限时5分钟，材料只有雪尼尔棒、回形针、铝箔纸，要求学生搭出一座独立塔架，从高度、创意材料使用和团队合作三方面评分。有的小组用纸板管做支撑骨架，回形针加固连接点。有人负责主体搭建，有人裁剪材料，有人观察稳定性。教师巡视记录创意，结束后测量塔高。过程中，雪尼尔棒弯成三角支架等巧妙设计层出不穷。

“高塔挑战结束，接下来是脑洞时间——创意心愿旅行！”郑婉璐老师话锋一转。句式很简单：“如果我能去任何地方，我会去（ ），因为（ ）。”地点不限，理由越精彩越好。“老师，我能写去‘远古时代’吗？”“当然可以！越天马行空越好！”刘梓馨同学这样写道：“如果我能去任何地方，我会去上世纪80年代，因为我想和那个时候的妈妈交流交流。”老师感叹道：“特别温馨，很有创意！”学生们独立完成句子后在小组分享，大量童趣与脑洞并存的独特想法冒了出来。

活动后，教练员们展开研讨。针对“桌下高塔大挑战”，大家建议在创意使用材料上进一步放手，并探讨如何进行团队的有效合作。关于“创意心愿旅行”，有教练员指出可结合真实头脑奥林匹克比赛要求，卡牌分配不必完全平均，以锻炼即兴创作与逻辑衔接能力。研讨中形成共识：需平衡“自由发挥”与“思维引导”，避免学生因过度追求新奇而偏离表达的完整性。

据悉，海阳小学创新思维训练营依托OM头脑奥赛、DI创新思维两大赛事，以趣味创新挑战、团队创意实践、问题探究解决为主要内容，打破思维定式，融合多学科知识。训练分即兴题与长期项目两大模块：即兴训练侧重临场应变，锻炼快速构思与协作表达；长期项目引导学生自主完成剧本创编、道具制作、方案打磨。日常少说教、多启发，鼓励试错。海阳小学已在相关赛事中取得优异成绩，被评为海港区创新教育先进单位。

“老师，我们的塔好像快倒了！”“别急，小组成员快速商量，哪里最不稳？要不要把上面改矮一点？”这样的对话在教室里随时发生。从成果展示到专业研讨，本次活动展示了阶段性成果，也凝聚了教学改进的共识。学校将持续优化创新思维训练体系，让更多学生在实践中培养创新意识与协作能力。正如训练营所言：每一个奇思妙想都能绽放光彩，每一次团队合作都能收获成长。
