<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>高畅<strong>）</strong>连日来，我市两级法院围绕“全面绿色转型，共建美丽中国”主题，聚焦近海渔业、滨海候鸟、城乡人居、长城文脉、山林植被五大生态保护重点领域，联合多部门开展系列环保普法宣传，引导群众树立生态法治理念。

6月3日，北戴河新区人民法院联合秦皇岛海警局走进卸粮口码头，通过法律咨询、海上巡逻观摩、涉案非法渔具销毁等形式，向渔民宣传伏季休渔规定，直观展现打击非法捕捞的高压态势，筑牢海洋生态保护防线。

6月4日，北戴河区人民法院联合公安、检察、鸟类救护等多部门召开涉鸟保护公益诉讼协作座谈交流会，夯实联动保护机制。会后开展专项普法宣讲，进一步凝聚多部门依法护鸟、协同共治的工作合力，持续织密滨海候鸟司法保护防线。

6月5日世界环境日当天，多地普法同步开展。海港区人民法院抽调环资、刑事、行政审判骨干，多庭联动，走进大石休闲广场开展全链条普法，破除群众生态法律认知盲区；昌黎县人民法院联合有关部门，针对非法采矿、滥伐林木等群众身边的环境违法问题以案释法；山海关区人民法院依托全国首家长城文化保护人民法庭，在群众家门口支起“法治摊位”，结合案例解答长城保护、野外用火等热点问题，发放手册200余份，解答咨询百余人次；青龙满族自治县人民法院作为全市涉林刑事案件集中管辖法院，干警走进林区、村镇、学校开展专项普法，明晰毁林违法后果，引导群众树立依法护林理念。
