style="text-indent: 2em;"> 初夏时节，抚宁区洋河灌区胡各董闸施工现场一派繁忙，崭新的湛蓝色坝袋即将安装完成，工人正加紧浇筑锚固槽混凝土；闸坝下游，机械与车辆往来穿梭，施工现场如火如荼。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 作为关键水利枢纽工程，胡各董闸承担着抚宁区、北戴河区、北戴河新区、昌黎县的生态供水、防洪安全与农业灌溉任务。洋河灌区生态和灌排中心主任周英慧表示，“这里原有的橡胶坝袋已达到使用更换年限。目前，项目正抢抓工期、加快推进，确保按时投用、保障供水。” </div> style="text-indent: 2em;"> 上世纪六七十年代，留守营一带种植的“留守营大米”享誉一方，其优良种植技艺与优质稻种传承至今，品质历久弥新。北戴河新区种植大户秦云军父子经营千亩稻田，打造“戴河香”品牌大米。依托洋河水库富含矿物质的地表水灌溉，当地所产大米香甜软糯，畅销京津、山东等地，市场供不应求。 </div> <div class="content_type 每年插秧季前夕，抚宁区水务局友谊干渠供水调度和管理负责人陈新便进入连轴转状态：开闸前全面检查设施设备、精准调度开闸放水、逐段巡查渠道渗漏、清理入水口堵塞……从上游调度到下游踏勘，他反复奔波、坚守岗位，兢兢业业。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 北戴河新区宗杨村党支部书记吴军辉介绍：“我们村里有五六家水稻种植大户，去年，这些种植大户一亩地纯收益达四五百元，效益可观。而种水稻全靠水，我们的水稻种植好，全得益于每年十几次用洋河水库的水浇地。” </div> <div
