在分公司科技园区及第二管理区第一作业站、第八管理区第二作业站的300亩高产优良品种示范田，45个玉米、水稻、大豆品种同台竞技，技术人员全程跟踪记录抗逆性、适应性及产量表现，精准筛选出适配本地气候与土壤的优质品种。通过比较，分公司主推“松玉438”“迪卡C2235”等高产抗病品种，选用“垦农34”“绥农94”等高油高蛋白大豆，以及“莲汇6612”“龙粳31”等优质高产水稻种，实现良种覆盖率100%。 分公司通过打造三级网格管理体系，让基层农业管理人员和家庭农场种植户之间的管理、监督、服务步调一致，农技人员每日深入一线，把种植户的地当成自己的承包田。分公司通过定期组织管理人员培训考试，不仅提升了管理人员的业务素质，也保证了种植户新技术应用到位率。2025年，分公司完善了企业标准、农业生产管理制度、三大作物种植标准3个核心制度，把全环节、全过程的监管责任落实到岗到人，形成了一套实打实的标准化管理模式。
