以主题活动提升思想教育成效。中心搭建“聚力蓄能提质增效”劳动竞赛平台，充分激发职工干事创业内生动力；常态化开展“铭记历史知重任强港扬帆向新程”“知企情、明企策、践企行”系列主题宣传活动，不断厚植全体职工爱港、兴港的责任情怀。同时，定期开展职工思想动态摸排工作，建立每周舆情信息收集、研判、处置工作机制，对接中心12个基层党支部，精准掌握基层职工思想动态，提前预判化解各类风险隐患，靶向制定矛盾疏导、问题化解举措，最大限度将各类问题化解在基层、化解在萌芽状态，持续保持职工队伍思想稳定、大局安定。
