张家口市民政局持续畅通民意沟通渠道，面向社会征集各界意见建议，高效办结12345政务服务热线诉求，聚焦社会救助、养老服务、儿童福利等重点领域，精准化解难题，全力做到诉求闭环处置、事项落地见效。扎实开展深化养老服务突出问题、纠治困难群众救助不到位问题、殡葬领域问题、学会协会监督管理不规范问题“四个专项整治”，认真查摆问题，坚持靶向整改，集中破解了一批服务群众的难点堵点问题。同时，坚持立行立改、长效推进，通过健全机制固化学习教育成果。
