<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>王潇潇<strong> 通讯员</strong>金蕾<strong>）</strong>近日，由市总工会、河北建材职业技术学院艺术设计系联合主办的“劳模进校园·匠心筑芳华”巾帼劳模工匠宣讲进校园活动，在河北建材职业技术学院报告厅举行，400余名师生现场聆听劳模的先进事迹。

本次宣讲活动特别邀请了全国劳动模范、全国技术能手、河北大工匠、中铁山桥集团有限公司钢结构研究院焊接实验室首席技师曲岩和河北省劳动模范、山海关船舶重工有限责任公司设计所副所长尉燕走进校园，与艺术设计系师生面对面分享奋斗故事。两位劳模结合自身成长历程，讲述了“把平凡做到极致就是不平凡”的质朴道理，生动诠释了将个人成长融入国家发展事业、在平凡岗位上铸就非凡的使命担当。

在互动问答环节，6名学生代表围绕职业信心、技能大赛备赛、职场起步、匠心养成、团队协作、专业理想与国家发展结合等话题踊跃提问。两位劳模逐一耐心解答，现场气氛热烈而真挚。曲岩和尉燕鼓励同学们“沉下心打磨本领，用坚守为梦想铺路”，并深情寄语青年：“把每一件作品当作责任，以久久为功的匠心成就未来。”

现场师生纷纷表示，聆听了两位劳模的事迹分享，更加坚定了“技能成才、匠心报国”的信心，在未来的学习和工作中，将以劳模为镜、以奋斗为桨，在未来的人生中书写青春华章。

据市总工会相关负责人介绍，近年来，市总工会精心打造“中国工人大思政课·秦皇岛工宣讲”活动品牌，把最鲜活的劳模故事、最朴素的工匠精神送到职工群众身边，使其可触、可感、可学。今后，市总工会将大力推进巾帼劳模工匠进机关、进校园、进企业宣讲活动，进一步弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神，以榜样之光照亮青年职工成长成才全过程，团结动员广大职工和青年学子为我市“十五五”良好开局凝聚智慧力量。
