5月20日，秦皇岛某公司负责人把一面写着“心系客户办实事 热情服务暖人心”的锦旗送到建行秦皇岛迎宾路支行。大红的锦旗背后，是一场跨越近百公里的“加急服务”，更是建行员工用午休时间兑现的服务承诺。

时间倒回5月14日，客户来到支行办理基本账户地址变更业务，语气中满是焦急。原来，客户注册地址位于昌黎县，变更完成后需立刻到当地农行办理后续开户手续，若流程卡壳，将直接影响公司业务推进。

对公柜员韩爽一边快速为客户办理账户信息变更，一边同步联系上门核实工作人员安爽。可查询行程后发现，近期上门核实任务早已排满，所有时段都已预约给其他客户。看着客户紧锁的眉头，安爽没有犹豫，当即决定利用第二天中午的休息时间，专程前往昌黎县完成核实工作。

第二天中午，当安爽出现在客户公司时，客户既惊讶又感动。原本以为要等上几天的流程，没想到建行工作人员牺牲休息时间加急办理。高效的核实、细致的沟通，安爽很快完成了全部手续，为客户后续业务推进争取到宝贵时间。
