清晨，距离上班时间还有1个小时，北京中医药大学东方医院秦皇岛医院（市中医医院）的走廊里尚显寂静。普外科主任刘春铭已换上白大褂，开始对一天的工作进行预处理。

“我把自己提前到岗开展工作看作保障手术安全的第一道防线，通常是提前核对医嘱，把当天需要重点关注患者的情况在大脑中再过一遍，并查看术前工作还有没有遗漏的地方，这样我心里才踏实。”刘春铭说，这个习惯从他参加工作的第一天起坚持了25年，从未间断。

从北国冰城到黔西山城，再到2024年11月来到渤海之滨，刘春铭职业生涯中的每一次迁徙，都伴随着自身医疗技术的精进。“毕节市拔尖人才”“毕节市优秀医师”等荣誉，是他留在西南山区的印记，省级新技术应用奖3项、农垦总局技术奖4项、国家级论文多篇、论著1部，则记录着他在学术与临床两条轨道上的并行不辍。

刘春铭来到北京中医药大学东方医院秦皇岛医院工作后，2025年医院普通外科手术量较2024年增长70%，微创手术增加200%，疑难重大手术增加近10倍，而手术时间与住院时间双双缩短。

“出现这样的变化，技术突破是关键。由于是中医医院，普外科具有局限性，过去只能开展三级或三级以下手术。现在，因为技术的拓宽、拓深，所有微创及四级手术全部能够开展。”刘春铭说，手术的微创化和技术的熟练度直接缩短了住院时间。这不仅是效率的提升，更是快速康复外科理念的落地生根。

“前不久，一位70多岁、曾做过心脏搭桥手术的患者在我们医院确诊十二指肠肿瘤与结肠肿瘤后，去北京多家医院咨询，又经过多方了解，知道我们有这个能力，最终选择回到秦皇岛，在我们医院做了手术治疗。”刘春铭介绍，这是普外科最大型的手术之一，团队用腹腔镜结合微创技术，一台手术完成两处病灶根治切除，历时近5个小时，患者半个月后顺利出院。

医院医疗水平的提升，不仅让本地患者不再辗转外地，口口相传之下，周边地区患者也慕名而来。

“我爱人肠子上查出肿瘤后，全家人四处打听，听说中医院刘春铭主任技术高超，我们就过来了。前天刚做完手术，恢复得挺好，家里人都很满意。”来自辽宁锦州的许越说这话时，语气中透着一种信任和踏实。

刘春铭把每一次治疗都当作教学过程，每次手术后，他都要求主治医师剪辑手术视频，在科室进行讲解分析。

主治医师刘井瑞说：“手术过程中，刘主任会对我们进行手把手示教，术后对手术记录进行汇总，疑难病例讨论时答疑解惑，让我们受益匪浅。”

“医生的容错率极低，一个小疏忽对患者便是终身不可逆的损害。外科医生的手术技术，直接关系到一个人的生命和未来的生活质量。技术越精湛，对患者的安全保障就越高。”刘春铭说，目前医学飞速发展，不持续学习就会被淘汰，就无法给患者提供最佳最好的治疗方案。医生不仅仅是一种职业，更是健康的守护使者。因此，终身学习、持续提升不是口号，而是每一台手术后的复盘、每一帧视频的回放与反思。

2025年8月，刘春铭获评“优秀秦皇岛人”。他用精湛的医术，为患者送去健康福音，这是港城人民对他最好的褒奖。
