text-align: center;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 时间拨回到20多年前。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 那时候的小河峪村，是典型的穷山沟。62岁的村民赵永记记得清楚：“我1987年结婚，到1995年，全家年收入才两三千块钱。人均不到一亩的山地，全是石头疙瘩。一到雨季，河套两边的土路被冲断，连门都出不去。雨停了，村里得组织全村人去修路。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 小河峪地处燕山深处，四周群山环抱。上世纪90年代中后期，村里曾号召大家种苹果树。精心养护下，这里的“金富宁”苹果远近闻名，2008年还在全国苹果大赛中荣获“苹果王”。可后来，种苹果的人老了，果树也老了，年轻人一个个往外跑。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 转机出现在2012年，承秦高速修通，石门寨连接线、祖山连接线相继通车。“原来从市区到村里开车要一个半小时，现在只要40分钟。”紧接着，小河峪村被列为河北省美丽乡村建设试点村——水泥路铺到了家家户户门口，乱石滩和臭水沟变成了亲水景观，各家各户的房顶院墙都修葺一新。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 路通了，景美了，村“两委”动员大伙儿：荒山、小河都是资源，搞旅游！ </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 谁先干？没人敢。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 韩秀敏站了出来。她是村里的妇女主任，心细，也有胆识。“那时候常有市里的户外团来爬山，看他们坐在路边啃火腿肠、面包，我心里不落忍，就说‘进屋歇会儿，我给你们烧点热水，泡个方便面’。”一来二去，有人问她：“大姐，要不你给我们做点农家饭？” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 从白菜熬豆腐、土豆炖粉条开始，“韩军农家乐”有了雏形。后来，在各级政府支持鼓励发展旅游的背景下，韩秀敏家的农家乐第一个挂牌营业。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “刚开始干的时候，只是在自家老房子里摆上几张桌子，全靠老顾客口口相传。”韩秀敏回忆说。后来，生意一天天好起来，她推倒院里的猪圈、骡棚，扩建房屋，家里人犯嘀咕，怕收不回本。“没想到，俩月就回本了！”如今，她家能同时容纳十三四桌客人。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 榜样的力量是无穷的。在韩秀敏带头开农家乐的同时，村主任、村会计家也纷纷跟上。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 2015年，赵永记利用自家二层小楼办起了“利增农家饭庄”，“一层自己家住，二层做客房，现在生意交给了儿媳妇，我和老伴儿负责帮忙。每年从4月初一直忙到10月底，不光有本地客人，唐山、东北来的也不少。一间房100元，旺季忙不过来，还得请村里人帮忙，一人一天给120元钱。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 村里的旅游搞起来了，受益的不止这些农家乐，还有普通村民。80多岁的韩民，腿脚不利索，就在家门口摆个小摊，卖苹果干、梨干、粉条等农产品，一年也能收入一两万元。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 小河峪，活了。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 2019年，一个叫杜艳红的东北女人，循着山水和炊烟，走进了小河峪。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 在此之前，她从黑龙江老家出来打工，卖过馒头、发糕，做过餐厅服务员，也开过火锅店。一路打拼，却总觉得少了点什么。直到那天，她来到小河峪——青山碧水，溪水潺潺，石头房古朴，村民眼里有光。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “我一下就被迷住了。”她决定留下来。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 杜艳红以长期租赁的方式，租下一处闲置的破旧院落，请设计院的专家现场规划。青砖灰瓦、木质结构的古朴被保留了下来，玻璃楼梯、空中无边界玻璃泳池、空中花房等现代元素又让人眼前一亮。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 2020年，“峪·见”六号院正式开业。杜艳红招聘了几名当地人。“守家在地，还能照顾老人孩子，比出去打工强。”服务员王大姐说。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 很快，“峪·见”六号院在网络上走红，越来越多的客人慕名而来，它成了小有名气的网红打卡地，声名远播至北京、天津、唐山、承德、锦州等地。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 杜艳红的到来，给村里带来了实实在在的好处。她帮着村民搭建农副产品销售平台，小河峪的溜达鸡、河鱼、笨鸡蛋、板栗、苹果等，直接端上游客的餐桌。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 更重要的是，她的精品民宿为小河峪引来了更多人气。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 不久后，村里又开了“不晚小院”——第二家外来小店。如今，小河峪村农家乐加民宿有近20家，旅游旺季日均营收颇为可观。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 杜艳红就这样成了村民们挂在嘴上的“荣誉村民”。而村里人对她，也像自家人一样。她不擅长做烤羊，韩秀敏说“我来烤”；她不会挖山菜，村里的大姐们就挎着篮子，手把手地教。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “我们就像一家人似的，没有恶性竞争。”韩秀敏自豪地说。在小河峪，各户之间不但没有竞相压价，还形成了和睦相处、互相补充的良性循环。这家坐满了，就把客人推荐到别家；这家餐具不够用了，直接到邻居家拿就行，大家都乐意帮忙。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>路通了，日子有盼头了</strong></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">时间拨回到20多年前。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">那时候的小河峪村，是典型的穷山沟。62岁的村民赵永记记得清楚：“我1987年结婚，到1995年，全家年收入才两三千块钱。人均不到一亩的山地，全是石头疙瘩。一到雨季，河套两边的土路被冲断，连门都出不去。雨停了，村里得组织全村人去修路。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">小河峪地处燕山深处，四周群山环抱。上世纪90年代中后期，村里曾号召大家种苹果树。精心养护下，这里的“金富宁”苹果远近闻名，2008年还在全国苹果大赛中荣获“苹果王”。可后来，种苹果的人老了，果树也老了，年轻人一个个往外跑。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">转机出现在2012年，承秦高速修通，石门寨连接线、祖山连接线相继通车。“原来从市区到村里开车要一个半小时，现在只要40分钟。”紧接着，小河峪村被列为河北省美丽乡村建设试点村——水泥路铺到了家家户户门口，乱石滩和臭水沟变成了亲水景观，各家各户的房顶院墙都修葺一新。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">路通了，景美了，村“两委”动员大伙儿：荒山、小河都是资源，搞旅游！</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">谁先干？没人敢。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">韩秀敏站了出来。她是村里的妇女主任，心细，也有胆识。“那时候常有市里的户外团来爬山，看他们坐在路边啃火腿肠、面包，我心里不落忍，就说‘进屋歇会儿，我给你们烧点热水，泡个方便面’。”一来二去，有人问她：“大姐，要不你给我们做点农家饭？”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">从白菜熬豆腐、土豆炖粉条开始，“韩军农家乐”有了雏形。后来，在各级政府支持鼓励发展旅游的背景下，韩秀敏家的农家乐第一个挂牌营业。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“刚开始干的时候，只是在自家老房子里摆上几张桌子，全靠老顾客口口相传。”韩秀敏回忆说。后来，生意一天天好起来，她推倒院里的猪圈、骡棚，扩建房屋，家里人犯嘀咕，怕收不回本。“没想到，俩月就回本了！”如今，她家能同时容纳十三四桌客人。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">榜样的力量是无穷的。在韩秀敏带头开农家乐的同时，村主任、村会计家也纷纷跟上。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">2015年，赵永记利用自家二层小楼办起了“利增农家饭庄”，“一层自己家住，二层做客房，现在生意交给了儿媳妇，我和老伴儿负责帮忙。每年从4月初一直忙到10月底，不光有本地客人，唐山、东北来的也不少。一间房100元，旺季忙不过来，还得请村里人帮忙，一人一天给120元钱。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">村里的旅游搞起来了，受益的不止这些农家乐，还有普通村民。80多岁的韩民，腿脚不利索，就在家门口摆个小摊，卖苹果干、梨干、粉条等农产品，一年也能收入一两万元。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">小河峪，活了。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>外人来了，名气更响了</strong></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">2019年，一个叫杜艳红的东北女人，循着山水和炊烟，走进了小河峪。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">在此之前，她从黑龙江老家出来打工，卖过馒头、发糕，做过餐厅服务员，也开过火锅店。一路打拼，却总觉得少了点什么。直到那天，她来到小河峪——青山碧水，溪水潺潺，石头房古朴，村民眼里有光。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“我一下就被迷住了。”她决定留下来。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">杜艳红以长期租赁的方式，租下一处闲置的破旧院落，请设计院的专家现场规划。青砖灰瓦、木质结构的古朴被保留了下来，玻璃楼梯、空中无边界玻璃泳池、空中花房等现代元素又让人眼前一亮。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">2020年，“峪·见”六号院正式开业。杜艳红招聘了几名当地人。“守家在地，还能照顾老人孩子，比出去打工强。”服务员王大姐说。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">很快，“峪·见”六号院在网络上走红，越来越多的客人慕名而来，它成了小有名气的网红打卡地，声名远播至北京、天津、唐山、承德、锦州等地。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">杜艳红的到来，给村里带来了实实在在的好处。她帮着村民搭建农副产品销售平台，小河峪的溜达鸡、河鱼、笨鸡蛋、板栗、苹果等，直接端上游客的餐桌。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">更重要的是，她的精品民宿为小河峪引来了更多人气。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">不久后，村里又开了“不晚小院”——第二家外来小店。如今，小河峪村农家乐加民宿有近20家，旅游旺季日均营收颇为可观。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">杜艳红就这样成了村民们挂在嘴上的“荣誉村民”。而村里人对她，也像自家人一样。她不擅长做烤羊，韩秀敏说“我来烤”；她不会挖山菜，村里的大姐们就挎着篮子，手把手地教。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“我们就像一家人似的，没有恶性竞争。”韩秀敏自豪地说。在小河峪，各户之间不但没有竞相压价，还形成了和睦相处、互相补充的良性循环。这家坐满了，就把客人推荐到别家；这家餐具不够用了，直接到邻居家拿就行，大家都乐意帮忙。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>年轻人接班，光景更新了</strong></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">这几年，韩秀敏家最大的变化，不是又添了几间房，而是大女儿韩璐璐全职接手农家乐。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">韩璐璐今年40岁，从小就在店里帮着忙活。如今，她正式从母亲手里接过了经营的担子。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“年轻人更懂年轻人。”她笑着说。现在的客人，不光要吃得健康、美味，还讲究舒适和情调。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">改造的事，她心里有谱，得有计划进行，还不能耽误生意。今年清明节前几天，她花了2万块钱，把最大的一间包房重新拾掇了一遍：墙面、棚顶翻新，还添了KTV设备。“一个多礼拜就回了本。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">包房棚顶的灯，买不到合适的，她就自己动手，用树枝捆了一个鸟巢状的灯饰。每次出门，她总爱留心各种装修样式，拍下来存着等用时翻出来找灵感。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“以前老人觉得装修改造又费事又闹腾，现在看到客人真心喜欢，夸‘咱家年年有新变化’，他们比我们还积极呢。”韩璐璐笑着说。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">不光是韩璐璐，村里其他年轻人也在动脑筋。“峪·见”六号院的杜艳红从租下院子那天起，就琢磨着怎么做出特色，她家的郁金香花束装饰、通透见底的玻璃泳池，都是自己设计的。“不晚小院”的年轻人懂得用互联网引流，短视频平台上一波操作，引来不少城里客人。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">年后新上任的村党支部书记韩金栒，今年39岁。他16岁出去打工，20出头就回了村。这些年，他亲眼见证了旅游给村里带来的变化。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“外面再精彩，根还是在这儿。”他站在河边，比划着未来的蓝图：河堤两侧要改造，增加绿化景观；河里要建水坝，让河水丰盈，水势错落有致；还要完善生产作业路，打造夜间景观。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">他算过一笔账：现在村里不少闲置房租出去了，过去的三间房一万五都没人买，现在一年租金5000块，装修好的小院子能卖到三四十万。“发展好旅游，小河峪会更好，让年轻人回来，不只是因为乡愁，更是因为有奔头。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">傍晚，夕阳把河水染成金色。“峪·见”六号院里传来游客的欢笑声，韩军农家乐的厨房飘出烤羊香，赵永记家的儿媳妇正忙着给客人安排住宿。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">韩金栒在河边又转了一圈。他憧憬着，等河堤改造完，夜景亮起来，小河峪的名头，还能更响。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px;
