全会提出，要推动消费扩容升级，要常态化开展政企精准对接，推进跨境电商产业园等项目建设，抓好重点企业产品出口“公转水”“水水联运”，促进港产城融合发展。市外事商务局党组书记、局长李刚表示，全市外事商务系统将认真贯彻落实市委全会精神，全面提升外事商务工作高质量发展水平。深入实施提振消费专项行动，大力创新消费场景，积极培育农村电商直播基地，推动工业品直播等电商新业态发展，持续激活消费市场内生动力；积极开展服务保障进外企、“冀货出海拓市场”等行动，推进跨境电商综合试验区建设发展，全力稳住外贸外资基本盘；（下转2版）
