<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>王宁<strong> 通讯员</strong>李静 李蕾<strong>）</strong>今年以来，抚宁区坚持党建引领，聚焦新就业群体急难愁盼，以健全机制、建优阵地、开展暖心活动为抓手，着力构建全链条综合性服务保障体系，持续增强新就业群体的获得感、幸福感、安全感，探索出一条贴合区域实际的服务管理新路径。

健全关“新”机制，筑牢服务保障硬支撑。针对新就业群体服务管理痛点，抚宁区建立由区委两新工委牵头，宣传、公安、交通等多部门参与的新就业群体服务管理会商机制，定期召开专题会商会议，统筹推进各项工作落实。研究出台《抚宁区新就业群体服务管理会商机制工作细则》及《工作职责》，明确各部门职责分工，规范工作流程，推动各部门从“各自为战”向“协同作战”转变，形成政策制定、服务落地、问题解决的闭环管理，让服务保障工作更加制度化、规范化。

建优崭“新”阵地，搭建多元服务避风港。抚宁区坚持需求导向，整合部门、社区优质资源，以网约配送员聚集的商超、街道、店铺为重点区域布局，结合城市特点和配送员工作习惯，成功打造了10家“一站式”金融服务爱“新”驿站和健康服务爱“新”驿站，将红色教育、舒心歇脚、续航补给、服务代办、调解援助、健康关爱、技能提升、金融咨询、反诈宣传等功能汇聚于一体，不断丰富服务内容，构筑出关心关爱新就业群体的暖心港湾。

开展暖“新”活动，织密组织关怀幸福网。抚宁区围绕新就业群体生活、发展双重需求，常态化开展特色暖“新”活动。举办新业态新就业群体“友好场景”建设暨结对共建活动，推出学历深造、体检服务、用餐折扣等专属优惠套餐，为新就业群体减负赋能；开展“驿站传情 冬日暖‘新’”——抚宁区新就业群体“两节”慰问活动，为40名新就业群体代表送上米、面、油、春联等新年礼包，让新就业群体感受到党组织的关怀与温暖，不断增强职业认同感和城市归属感。
