在“五一”国际劳动节来临之际，集团召开表彰大会，致敬全国及省五一劳动奖获得者、北大荒工匠，这是对北大荒全体劳动者的礼赞，更是奋进新征程、建功新时代的动员令。作为劳模工匠代表，我们备受鼓舞，更觉使命在肩。在此，我们向全体职工发出如下倡议：

一、筑牢思想根基，做信念坚定的忠诚信仰者

我们要坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂，深入学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神，深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，牢记“身在北大荒、心向党中央”的政治忠诚，坚定不移听党话、跟党走。树立和践行正确政绩观，锚定“国之大者”，将个人理想融入“三大一航母”建设全局，传承红色基因，凝聚奋进合力，让忠诚担当成为北大荒劳动者最鲜明的政治品格。

二、勇担责任使命，做农业现代化建设的笃行实干者

我们要牢记习近平总书记“中国粮食、中国饭碗”的殷殷嘱托，坚决扛起维护国家粮食安全“压舱石”、争当农业现代化建设“排头兵”的政治责任。紧盯提单产、增总产、保供给，严守生产质量安全底线，以实干筑牢粮食安全根基。聚焦提质增效、市场拓销，锻造优质产品、提升品牌价值、推动产业融合。围绕深化改革重点任务，敢啃硬骨头、破解发展难题、释放改革红利。要立足岗位、实干笃行，为保障国家粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给贡献北大荒劳动者的智慧和力量。

我们要坚持创新驱动，主动拥抱农业现代化变革，聚焦生物育种、智慧农机、黑土保护等关键领域创新突破，争做北大荒打造农业新质生产力实践地先行区的中坚力量。秉持执着专注、精益求精、追求卓越的理念，努力成长为知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者，助力“数字北大荒”建设，推动物联网、大数据、人工智能与农业全链条融合。积极参与劳动竞赛、“五小”创新等活动，推动技术升级、效率提升。发挥传帮带作用，分享创新成果、传承精湛技艺，营造人人讲创新、事事求突破的氛围，为高质量发展注入创新动能。

四、传承精神火炬，做北大荒精神的模范践行者

我们要大力传承弘扬北大荒精神，将北大荒精神与劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神一起融入血脉、见于行动。不断发扬北大荒人识大体、顾大局、讲奉献、守团结的优良传统，以不怕苦的态度、不畏难的勇气，在改革发展中直面挑战、抢抓机遇，正确处理个人与集体、局部与全局、眼前与长远的利益关系，在现代化大农业建设中彰显北大荒精神的时代内涵。讲好北大荒故事，营造尊重劳动、崇尚先进、争当先进的氛围，凝聚干事创业的磅礴力量，唱响《中国梦 劳动美》的时代强音。
