4月12日，职引未来—2026年全国城市巡回招聘（燕山大学站）暨2026年河北省毕业生就业市场燕山大学专场招聘会举行，来自京津冀、长三角、珠三角等22个省（区、市）的585家优质用人单位，吸引燕山大学及周边院校1.2万名毕业生进场求职，现场达成就业意向3000余人次。本次活动为高校毕业生搭建了全国化、精准化、专业化的就业对接平台，有效服务京津冀协同发展与地方产业升级等需求，有力促进了高校毕业生更高质量、更充分就业。
