会议传达学习了习近平总书记在二十届中央纪委五次全会上的重要讲话精神和省纪委十届六次全会、市纪委十三届六次全会精神，对今年市政协党风廉政建设工作作出安排部署。

会议强调，全市政协系统要把牢正确方向、增强政治定力，以更高标准、更实举措推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。要深刻把握习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想、党的自我革命的重要思想的精髓要义和实践要求，把全面从严治党作为重要政治任务，切实把思想和行动统一到习近平总书记重要讲话和中央纪委全会精神上来。

会议强调，要深刻领悟党风廉政建设的长期性、复杂性，始终保持“赶考”清醒，把严的基调、严的措施、严的氛围长期坚持下去。要扎实开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育，注重常态长效，一体推进学查改。要把党风廉政建设的有关规定融入协商议政、民主监督、参政议政全过程，始终保持风清气正的良好作风。同时抓好政协委员队伍廉政建设，不断拓宽委员履职平台，发挥好委员优势作用，让每一位委员都心怀敬畏，真心为民履职，不断增进民生福祉，为谱写中国式现代化建设秦皇岛篇章作出新的更大贡献。
