河北环境工程学院与秦皇岛综合保税区共建的跨境电商保税商品展示店暨实践教学基地投入使用以来，基地采用“线下体验+线上下单”模式，设立学生直播区，学生可全程参与选品、直播、订单处理及保税物流等全流程实操，通过校企专家联合授课，构建“理论+实战”双轨教学模式，打破教学壁垒，深化政产学研合作，全力培养实战型跨境电商人才。
