<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>王静<strong>）</strong>3月26日，由中铁山桥集团参建的世界最大跨径双层悬索桥狮子洋大桥主塔顺利封顶。这座创下5项世界第一的超级工程迎来建设关键节点，为后续猫道架设、主缆施工筑牢基础，也为粤港澳大湾区核心枢纽工程狮子洋通道的推进按下“加速键”。

狮子洋通道肩负串联珠江东西两岸、构建大湾区“1小时生活圈”的重要使命，其主塔施工难度堪称行业之最。342米的超高塔高带来复杂的线形控制难题，钢壳-混凝土组合结构对节段匹配标准要求严苛，双层16车道的设计更是让主塔需承受超20万吨的荷载考验。面对多重挑战，中铁山桥迎难而上，历时近两年半，高效完成124个主塔钢壳节段的制造与现场安装任务，以硬核实力交出亮眼答卷。

智能制造，是此次主塔建设的核心引擎。中铁山桥构建起悬索桥主塔钢壳智能化制造施工新模式，成功研发智能制造“五线一系统”、大断面机加工等核心技术，打造出超级工程的“智造加速器”。项目研发的智能制造生产管控系统，实现智能排产、设备物联、质量溯源等全方位管控；全位置焊接机器人、智能涂装机器人等一系列智能装备投入使用，工业机器人系统集成、BIM三维建模等先进技术深度应用，全方位提升了主塔制造的自动化水平和焊接质量。针对主塔超20万吨的荷载要求，中铁山桥自主研发数控龙门铣削专机等先进设备，完成横梁与钢塔连接部位的机加工，保障了预应力钢束连接的精准度，为现场高精度安装提供可靠支撑。

中铁山桥将智能装备、数字技术、创新工艺深度融入钢塔建造全过程，攻克毫米级精度难关，圆满实现342米超高主塔的精准建造，树立起悬索桥主塔安全、高效、精准的建造标杆。狮子洋大桥主塔顺利封顶，为狮子洋通道后续施工奠定坚实基础，也彰显了中国桥梁制造的硬核实力。
