读书班采取专题辅导、警示教育、分组研讨等方式进行。省委书记、省人大常委会主任倪岳峰与学员共同听取了中央党校（国家行政学院）副校长（副院长）张忠军所作的专题授课。

省委副书记王陆进在总结讲话中指出，要以上率下、压实责任，精心组织实施，一体推进学查改，用好正反典型案例，力戒形式主义，确保学习教育取得实效。要把开展学习教育与推进中心工作结合起来，完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念，强化高质量发展导向，增强推动高质量发展本领，在研究新情况、解决新问题上下功夫，在实现高水平安全上下功夫，在加强高效能治理上下功夫，着力解决人民群众急难愁盼问题，防范化解各类风险隐患，以学习教育的实际成效向党和人民交出合格答卷。
