种子是农业的“芯片”，品种结构优化是提升农业生产效益、保障粮食安全的关键举措。北大荒农业股份八五四分公司始终坚持“科技兴农、良种先行”理念，针对以往品种布局分散、优质品种占比不高、抗逆性不足等问题，经过反复调研论证、试验示范，创新建立“三三制”品种选育与推广模式。

“三三制”模式，即每个农作物类别严格确定不超过3个主栽品种、3个搭配品种、3个苗头品种，构建“主栽引领、搭配互补、苗头储备”的梯次布局，实现品种优中选优、动态更新。

“我们通过‘三三制’模式，打破了以往品种多而杂的局面，聚焦核心优良品种，集中资源推广种植，既保证了产量稳定性，又提升了品种优质率，让种植户尝到‘好种出好粮’的甜头。”分公司农业生产部部长燕军城介绍。

北大荒农业股份八五四分公司处于黑龙江省第二积温带，全年大于等于10摄氏度活动积温。以水稻为例，通过近两年的调整，分公司已经逐步淘汰传统品种，重心向优质米、高产稳产、特色稻米品种转变，形成主栽品种，确保生产的稳定性和基础性产量。搭配品种则根据不同的土壤、气候条件及市场需求进行互补，示范品种用于探索新的增产潜力和种植模式，特色品种则着眼于满足多元化的市场需求，提升农产品附加值的新型矩阵。

种植户王刚就是优质米品种种植的受益者。“去年，我种植了200亩的新品种‘垦川102’，亩产达到1100斤，年底卖粮的时候每斤价格卖到了1.47元，在前期种植投入成本相同的前提下，比普通品种每斤足足高出了0.2元。”王刚兴奋地算起了经济账。

今年，分公司在水稻种植上，逐步将优质米“垦川102”、高产品种“龙粳3024”及特色糯稻品种“龙粳57”作为主栽品种，共计占比61%。大豆主栽品种则选用曾在八五四创下“全国金豆王”记录的“垦农34”“东生6号”作为主栽品种。玉米主栽品种选用“威松玉438”“松玉216”“迪卡c2235”，优质的品种矩阵为农作物高产稳产奠定品种基础。

为确保“三三制”模式落地见效，北大荒农业股份八五四分公司构建了“选育、试验、推广”一体化工作体系。依托“科普之冬”等载体，通过线上线下相结合的方式开展技术培训，全年开展培训20余场、覆盖数千人次，推动种植户从“会种地”向“慧种地”转变。同时，建立品种试验示范基地，常态化观测品种指标，为优化调整提供科学依据；组建技术服务团队，深入田间地头开展一对一指导，释放优良品种增产潜力。

在品种推广过程中，分公司搭建“企业+基地+种植户”合作模式，推动优质品种与优质收购精准对接，让优质粮食卖出好价钱。“以前种的品种杂，产量上不去，卖价也不高。现在种上分公司推广的主栽品种，不仅产量稳了，品质好了，收购价也比普通品种高，一亩地能多赚不少钱。”种植户王利明高兴地说。

在推进品种优化的同时，分公司同步抓好种子质量管控和春耕物资保障，严格落实种子检验、仓储、运输等环节质量要求，确保每一粒种子符合种植标准。统筹调度人力、运力与仓储资源，加快春耕物资下摆。截至目前，分公司预定化肥3.1万吨，为优良品种推广种植提供坚实保障。

春种一粒粟，秋收万颗子。如今，北大荒农业股份八五四分公司通过“三三制”模式，已实现三大作物品种梯次优化，高产优质品种占比持续提升。分公司将持续深化品种创新，加强与科研院所合作，加快苗头品种试验示范和推广步伐，推动农业生产从“量的积累”向“质的飞跃”转变，为筑牢国家粮食安全“压舱石”贡献力量。
