本报讯（范明海） 近日，北大荒农业股份宝泉岭分公司以“早”字当头、“实”字为基，全速推进肥料下摆工作，为春耕生产筑牢坚实根基。

这个分公司通过统一采购、统一价格、统一供给的“三统一”模式，精准对接种植户需求，科学确定肥料品种与储备数量，严把质量关口，从源头保障肥料质优价廉，切实降低种植户生产成本，守护种植户利益。分公司还依托自有铁路线优势，构建“运输—装卸—核验”闭环管理，实现肥料随到随卸、高效转运。

在各管理区物资储备库，运输车辆往来有序，工作人员分工协作，卸货、清点、码垛、入库一气呵成。尿素、钾肥等肥料按品类分区规整存放，专人负责防潮、防火、防霉变安全管控，严格执行入库登记与台账管理制度，确保账物相符、规范管护。截至目前，肥料已累计下摆1.38万余吨，下摆率达到了74%，实现了“供得上、储得好、用得准”的阶段性目标。
