<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>李正男<strong>）</strong>近日，记者从秦皇岛环保产业集团了解到，洋河水污染治理与水生态保护修复项目已经正式开工建设，标志着洋河全流域生态治理迈入实质性推进阶段。

该项目总投资8145.28万元，聚焦流域水体自净能力弱、河岸带生态状况差等核心问题，以提升水环境质量、恢复水生态系统为核心目标。实施范围覆盖洋河改河、吴万支流等4条支流沿线，将统筹建设人工湿地51684平方米、生态缓冲带4.2千米、生态护坡22.52千米，同步开展3.56千米水域生态修复，通过多项生态技术组合应用，最大限度削减污染负荷，助力洋河口国控断面水质稳定达标。

作为项目率先开工的节点工程，开工首项工作即按照设计图纸完成施工区域清表，采用分段施工模式，有序推进开槽、打混凝土垫层、捆绑主体钢筋、浇筑主体混凝土等关键流程。针对冬季施工特点，项目创新采用“搭建塑料暖棚+暖风机取暖”的保温工艺，确保混凝土凝固温度达标，保障工程质量。

项目建成后，将全面提升洋河全流域水体自净能力与生态功能，持续改善入海水质，为区域生态环境保护与高质量发展注入绿色动力。
