<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>康美思<strong> 通讯员</strong>李宇薇<strong>）</strong>日前，天津老人杨连珠在我市平安秦康颐养中心做完康复治疗后，用天津的医保卡完成了结算。“来这里养老快两年半了，以前最担心看病报销的事。现在好了，医保卡直接使用，跟在天津看病一样方便，太省心了！”

党的二十届四中全会提出加大民生保障力度、推进共同富裕。北戴河区紧扣让群众“看好病、少花钱、少跑腿”目标，以异地就医结算、精准参保、基金严管等务实举措，将全会精神转化为群众可感的医保温度，不断增强群众的幸福感、获得感。

在服务康养产业发展上，医保政策发挥着重要作用。为破解康养机构“非内设”医疗机构纳入医保的限制，北戴河区医保局多次与省市部门沟通协调，最终在2025年4月，成功将平安秦康颐养中心内设的平安荣瑷中西医结合医院纳入医保定点，让在这里像杨连珠一样养老的京津老人，也能享受到便捷的异地医疗红利。

从破解异地就医难题到筑牢全民医疗保障网，北戴河区始终以群众需求为导向，推进医保服务提质增效。为扎实做好2026年全民参保工作，2025年6月初，区医保局启动参保人员“一人一档”信息维护专项行动，组织各镇街及村（居）医保经办人员通过基层网厅逐人核对信息，重点更新完善死亡、参军、入学、失联、迁出等人群数据，确保参保信息精准鲜活。

随着国家持续加大财政投入、动态优化筹资结构，医保基金“池子”不断充盈、保障更加有力。为了保证基金中每一分钱都花在刀刃上，2025年以来，北戴河区强力推进医保基金管理突出问题专项整治工作，开展日常监督检查，组织定点医药机构自查自纠，同时借助智能化手段提升监管效能，全面强化医保基金安全保障，全额追回违规资金，切实筑牢医保基金安全防线。

从异地医保卡的“一卡通行”到全民参保的“精准覆盖”，从医保基金的“严管守护”到康养产业的“赋能提质”，北戴河区以民生需求为锚点、以创新举措为支撑，用一件件惠民实事织密了覆盖全民的健康保障网。这张网，既承载着异地养老者的安心期盼，也守护着本地群众的幸福安康，更让幸福北戴河的底色在医保温度中愈发鲜亮，为区域高质量发展注入持久民生动力。
