时值寒冬，一杯热茶暖身更暖心。近日，秦皇岛银行石家庄分行正式启动“暖冬一杯茶，金融伴您行”主题公益活动，在凛冽冬日里，将“勤金融，亲服务”的温暖承诺化作实际行动，为市民送去暖心关怀与贴心陪伴，传递有温度的金融服务。

为保障活动有序开展，银行工作人员提前备好优质茶叶、保温设备，在银行门前设立“冬日暖茶”服务点，同时在营业厅内设置赠饮区域，确保到访客户及过往市民都能享受到这份温暖。活动期间每日9时至17时，工作人员提前到岗，精心备好每一壶热茶，带着真诚的笑容，为每一位市民递上这份冬日心意。考虑到户外工作者及老年群体的特殊需求，活动还特别提供“优先领茶+暖心打包”服务，让温暖在寒风中也能及时送达。

手握一杯热气腾腾的茶，暖意瞬间从手心传遍全身。对于许多路过的市民而言，这不仅是驱寒的饮品，更是一份来自金融机构的诚意与关怀。活动现场，多位快递员、环卫工人、执勤交警在短暂休息之余，也纷纷为这份暖心之举点赞。

温暖不仅在手心，更在交流中延续。工作人员在递送热茶的同时，主动与市民亲切交谈，耐心解答有关个人征信维护、手机银行使用等日常金融问题，并提供一对一的业务指导。结合冬季电信网络诈骗、养老诈骗高发的特点，工作人员还同步开展金融安全知识普及，讲解常见诈骗手法与防范技巧，让一杯暖茶与实用“金融干货”相伴相行。
