近日，青龙满族自治县龚杖子村的朱翠芳老人通过智能手环给外甥女打电话。今年83岁的她，儿子在外打工，独自一人居住。2024年因突发疾病导致行动不便后，相关部门将她家纳入适老化改造范围，配备了智能手环、防滑垫、拐杖等设备。如今，她的心率数据能实时传至亲人手机，出门也有防滑设备和拐杖辅助，安全得到了保障。老人高兴地说：“现在政府对我们老年人特别关心，方方面面都照顾到了，真是太贴心啦！”

让居家养老更安心，2025年我市共为350户困难老年人家庭实施“一户一案”个性化改造，涵盖地面防滑、床边扶手、老年人用品配置等7方面，切实改善特殊困难老年人的居家生活环境。在卢龙县下寨乡莫黑石村，74岁的曹文良老人因残疾行动不便，家中后院台阶以往缺乏防护，每次上下都得格外小心。近日，他扶着后院台阶新安装的不锈钢扶手，脸上露出笑容：“有了这个扶手，我再也不用担心上下台阶了！”

为确保改造落到实处，我市建立起“评估—设计—施工—验收”的全流程管控机制。相关部门与第三方评估人员入户走访，详细了解老人的生活习惯、身体状况与实际需求，由专业团队量身定制改造方案。施工期间专人监督，严把材料与工艺关。改造完成后，联合第三方机构与家属共同验收，确保达到预期效果。

资金方面，我市采取“省、市、县三级配套”模式，保障改造标准统一、物资供应及时。同时积极整合社会资源，对特殊需求家庭给予额外支持，例如为行动不便老人加装升降平台，为听力障碍老人配置声光报警设备等。

自2022年特殊困难老年人家庭适老化改造项目启动以来，截至目前，我市已完成对4391户特殊困难老年人家庭的适老化改造，切实提升特殊困难老年人居家养老生活品质。这项工程不仅消除了老年人居家生活的安全隐患，更让他们切实感受到了党和政府的温暖与关怀，从而提升了晚年生活的尊严与幸福感。市民政局相关负责人表示，下一步，我市将持续开展适老化改造“回头看”工作，动态跟踪设施使用情况，做好家庭回访，真正把民生实事办到老年人的心坎上。
