时值初冬，层峦褪去华彩，青龙的山乡田野进入一年中的“农闲”时节。然而，草碾乡西蚂蚁滩村村民廉金珠家炕头上，盘点收成的笑语却比往年更为热络。廉金珠一边翻看着手机里的收款记录，一边笑盈盈地对前来走访的驻村工作队算起了账，这笔过去不敢想的“复合收入”，正是西蚂蚁滩村在巩固传统产业的同时，积极探索多元发展路径结出的又一茬甜蜜果实。

党的二十届四中全会指出，要坚持把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重，促进城乡融合发展，持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果，推动农村基本具备现代生活条件，加快建设农业强国。

“西蚂蚁滩有自己的资源禀赋，也有发展瓶颈。驻村工作的核心就是立足村情，探索一条‘多条腿走路’的多元发展路径，既要让村民的‘钱袋子’实实在在鼓起来，更要为村庄培育持久的内生动力，走稳走好可持续发展的乡村振兴之路。”在秦皇岛日报社驻村第一书记刘城看来，贯彻落实全会精神，关键在于因地制宜、务实推进。
