围绕习近平总书记在党的二十届四中全会上的重要讲话并结合全会审议通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》，董菲以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，系统总结了“十四五”时期我国发展取得的重大成就和深远意义，围绕“十五五”时期我国经济社会发展的指导思想、重大原则、目标要求、战略任务和重大举措，以及深刻领会全会的精神实质、核心要义与实践要求，展开深刻阐述和全面解析。
