<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>李正男<strong> 通讯员</strong>胡婷竹<strong>）</strong>近日，海港区万象城社区联合东北大学秦皇岛分校管理学院志愿者团队开展“筑牢防诈安全线，共建平安社区”反诈宣传知识讲座，为居民送上一堂实用的反诈“必修课”。

志愿者结合近期高发诈骗案例，用通俗易懂的语言剖析了刷单返利、冒充客服、虚假投资等常见诈骗方式。针对老年人等易受骗群体，志愿者重点讲解了防骗识别技巧和应对策略，提醒居民遇到陌生来电、可疑链接时要保持警惕，做到“不轻信、不透露、不转账”。同时，志愿者还详细讲解了个人信息保护的重要性及具体方法，引导居民规范信息使用习惯，从源头防范诈骗风险。活动中，志愿者指导参与居民安装国家反诈中心APP，并耐心讲解使用方法，帮助居民建起线上防护屏障。
