<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>陈引玉<strong> 通讯员</strong>张丽美<strong>）</strong>当下正值企业用工需求旺季，为进一步破解本地企业“招工难”、求职者“就业难”的供需矛盾，卢龙县人社局联合县总工会、县妇联举办2025年人力资源服务机构加力促就业行动暨金秋招聘月活动，为企业与求职者搭建高效对接的“绿色通道”，助力畅通就业供需循环，推动就业市场持续向好发展。

11月14日，在卢龙福满家生活购物广场举行的招聘活动热闹非凡，用工单位的招聘展位前围满了咨询的求职者，企业工作人员通过展板展示、发放宣传手册、现场答疑等方式，详细介绍岗位的工作内容、薪资范围及福利保障，让求职者对岗位信息一目了然。

“今天来到卢龙招聘现场，看到有很多岗位，我想看看有没有母婴、推拿按摩工作，福外婆小儿推拿工作比较适合我，交流之后，感觉这个工作能胜任，待遇也非常好，我非常满意。”现场求职者彭秀梅说。

为让就业政策精准落地，现场还专门设置了政策解读宣传台，集中为求职者提供政策咨询、岗位匹配等针对性服务。针对部分求职者对灵活就业社保补贴、创业扶持等政策的疑问，工作人员耐心解答，确保每一项惠民政策都精准触达需求者。

“我们公司招聘普工、电气焊工和业务员若干名，工资待遇在3500元至5000元不等，已经有很多求职者在我们这里填了登记信息表，我们希望招到认真负责、踏实肯干的员工。”秦皇岛诚信德保温材料有限公司工作人员王会苗说。

据统计，本次联合招聘活动共有45家企业参与，推出涵盖家政服务、生产制造、商贸零售、餐饮服务、行政办公、技术运维等多个领域的1500个岗位，吸引了2000余名求职者到场咨询，最终有310人达成初步就业意向。

卢龙县人力资源和社会保障局三级主任科员马翠凤说：“今天我们在这里举办大型现场招聘活动，目的是让求职者了解企业环境和岗位情况，确保招聘更精准、更高效。下一步，我们要继续开展此类活动，同时拓展线上招聘渠道，为企业和求职者搭建更好的对接平台。”

近年来，卢龙县始终将稳就业保民生作为工作重点，聚焦高校毕业生、农民工、退役军人、登记失业人员等重点群体，依托“零工市场”“春风行动”等平台搭建精准对接桥梁，全面落实各项就业创业扶持政策，创新打造“平台+驿站”“线上+线下”“白天+夜间”多模式融合服务机制，持续优化就业服务流程、提升服务效能，让就业服务既有温度更具实效，切实为群众就业保驾护航。
