text-align: center;"> <strong>上山巡看“金台”“银台”</strong> </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “走，上山。”11月15日下午3点多，穿上印有“文物保护”字样的外衣，乔国华顺手从院墙上操起一把砍刀，走过饮马河上的双新桥，经过一座尽显古朴与沧桑的老城门，穿过午后暖阳下的村庄，向界岭口关东月台走去。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 乔国华是抚宁也是我国第一批长城保护员。抚宁是全国最早提出“设立专职长城保护员”理念的地方。2004年，这里将长城保护员作为一项制度确立下来，成为长城保护的先例，做法向全国推广后，被写入了国务院颁发的《长城保护条例》。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “身体好着呢，悬崖陡壁都能上，一天不上山，心里就还有点儿堵得慌呢。”今年69岁的乔国华巡护长城已有21个年头，至今仍坚持“三天一小巡，五天一大巡”。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 乔国华奔向的东月台，就是所谓的“金台”。而他刚刚步出的界岭口村，就是当年界岭口关城的东月城。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 古老的洋河支流饮马河，到界岭口这里削壁为谷。东西两侧山峰上，长城如巨龙腾展，从东西两顶俯冲而下，在河边山脚下形成东、西月城。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 明洪武十四年（公元1381年），大将军徐达领兵修筑三十二座关城，界岭口关为“最要”。因为这里曾是汉民族与蒙古等游牧民族分界的地方，古称“界岭”，界岭山、界岭口都因此而得名。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 自古以来，这里就是兵家必争之地。明代，发生在这里的大小战事有上百起。长城抗战期间，侵华日军曾与我守军在此展开激烈的拉锯战。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 走上“金台”，乔国华从这里俯瞰，界岭口村尽收眼中。只见村中的民居、道路，仍然沿袭着旧时的“九宫格”布局，三横三纵，方正规矩，守城兵士好像还随时可以从这里冲上长城。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 对面山上，就是“银台”。乔国华的家就在对面山脚下。两层楼中间，“界岭口长城保护工作站”字样的蓝底大牌匾格外显眼。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 牌匾上，乔国华的名字和联系电话也十分醒目。把自己的信息放大，一来方便人们找他，另外也足见这个身份对他而言的金贵。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"> <strong>下山体味百姓灶台</strong> </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 巡查过12座敌台，晚上6点半左右，正是炊烟升起还未消散的时候，乔国华回到村中。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 这几年，作为全市唯一获评“中国传统村落”的界岭口村，吸引了很多自发来寻幽探古的游客。村中的“艳华农家乐”，这天就来了几位唐山的游客。村民杨晓志、陈艳华夫妇正给他们忙活着晚饭。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 家常鲤鱼早已下锅，此时正在文火慢炖，鱼香飘散；过年才上桌的“栊梳背儿肉”已蒸得红红亮亮端上来，杨晓志正给客人讲解它“好运连连”的寓意；陈艳华在厨房里将另一道村中的特色菜“炸千子”炸得“滋啦”作响…… </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 杨晓志人缘好，懂得联络人，还爱研究长城历史文化，和妻子在村里干农家乐已有十多年。国内国外的游客都慕名来吃住，特别是旅游旺季，“艳华农家乐”总是宾客盈门。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 看到杨晓志家门口高高竖起的仿古广告牌，乔国华想起前几天老杨为了家中厢房自办的“界岭口历史文化展馆”，曾向他打听游客在《长城文化留言簿》上手绘的“金台”和“银台”的事，便走进了杨家大院。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 杨家大院是当年提调署衙的所在，几百年过去，仍依稀可见当年的气派。尤其是宽敞的后院，进深足有二十多米。后院主屋住着杨晓志年近90岁的老母亲，三间厢房被他改成了两间民宿和一间餐厅。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 一见乔国华，杨晓志就把他拽进了自办展馆对面自己研究长城文化的小屋子，拿出那本写满全国各地游客和好几个外国游客留言的簿子：“快给我说说。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “你看，这有两个券门的是‘金台’，也就是东月台，西月台只有一个券门，他画得真挺像的。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “是吧，当时我就觉得画得挺好。后来在网上一搜，这个阮明昊不简单啊，《北京日报》有篇关于他的长篇报道。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> …… </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “老乔！”刚出杨家大院，乔国华就听到有人叫他，回头一看，是“豆腐坊”刘玉侠的老伴儿——乔国和。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “今天卖得咋样？” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “豆腐、豆皮、豆浆，都卖光了，好几拨老顾客来取，家里还来客了。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 乔家除了是远近闻名的豆腐世家，“玉侠婶小厨”也是名声在外。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “明儿早点过来喝豆浆。” </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “好嘞！”与乔国和道过别，乔国华走过村庄入口处的城门洞，几名村民正在此坐靠闲聊。“吃过了？”“老乔，又上‘金台’了啊？”……乔国华与他们闲扯过几句家常，便走向河对面的家中。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"> <strong>“出山”尚待全新平台</strong> </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> “中国传统村落”，界岭口村的名头可以说不小。而当年碧桂园集团的帮建，给这里打下了乡村振兴的基础，也留下了不少文化产业，包括村史馆和民宿集群。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 2018年，碧桂园集团开始帮建界岭口村的乡村振兴项目，重点围绕组织振兴、人才振兴、产业振兴、文化振兴和生态振兴五大振兴推进。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 当年12月1日，“碧桂园界岭口村乡村振兴项目部临时党支部”成立，牵头组织项目建设，并建设了党建活动基地和乡村振兴培训中心。12月18日，以村“两委”班子成员为代表，作为股东注册成立了“界岭口双月城乡村旅游专业合作社”。第二年4月3日，碧桂园集团碧乡公司与合作社共同注册成立抚宁区碧岭旅游发展有限公司，合作社通过提供闲置民宅、流转土地、人力服务等内容替代实缴注册资本入股，享受利润总额的40%。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 乡村振兴，产业振兴是关键。整个界岭口村被规划为“一河”“三街”“三巷”“四坊”“一馆”“一集群”。“三街”“三巷”既有传统民俗街、特色美食街、历史风貌街，又有传统民宅古巷、历史怀旧古巷。“四坊”包括品茶坊、咖啡坊、豆腐坊和手工坊。“一馆”是村史馆。“一集群”是指特色民宿集群。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 目前村内共有“止止居”和“享野居”两个民宿集群，10间高品质客房。按照当年的协议，民宿营收的40%归村集体，给村民的每平方米6元租金每5年上涨20%，20年租期后，房子及屋内的一切全部送给村民。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 在“止止居”特色民宿里，影壁墙上就镶嵌着界岭口村的24个姓氏。这么多的姓氏，说明这一军事要塞为抵御外族入侵，曾有五湖四海的将士前来驻守。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 而许多青砖黛瓦、古色古香、修旧如旧的民宿，虽然外面看上去还是一百多年前的村舍模样，走进屋内，却满是现代化的新物件——可茶可咖啡的古香古色案几，可升降隐藏的电视，躺在里面可以望见长城的浴缸……现代文明与古老历史的碰撞，打破庸常的体验，让人感受到不同年代的沟通与交流。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"> 这些文化产业，需要找到能让它们重新焕发生命力的“新活法”。在当年乡村振兴经验的基础之上，界岭口村需要找到一条新路。而界岭口村的名气，要走出大山，进一步传扬，也需要借助一个全新的平台。 </div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div> <div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="left" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>上山巡看“金台”“银台”</strong></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“走，上山。”11月15日下午3点多，穿上印有“文物保护”字样的外衣，乔国华顺手从院墙上操起一把砍刀，走过饮马河上的双新桥，经过一座尽显古朴与沧桑的老城门，穿过午后暖阳下的村庄，向界岭口关东月台走去。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">乔国华是抚宁也是我国第一批长城保护员。抚宁是全国最早提出“设立专职长城保护员”理念的地方。2004年，这里将长城保护员作为一项制度确立下来，成为长城保护的先例，做法向全国推广后，被写入了国务院颁发的《长城保护条例》。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“身体好着呢，悬崖陡壁都能上，一天不上山，心里就还有点儿堵得慌呢。”今年69岁的乔国华巡护长城已有21个年头，至今仍坚持“三天一小巡，五天一大巡”。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">乔国华奔向的东月台，就是所谓的“金台”。而他刚刚步出的界岭口村，就是当年界岭口关城的东月城。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">古老的洋河支流饮马河，到界岭口这里削壁为谷。东西两侧山峰上，长城如巨龙腾展，从东西两顶俯冲而下，在河边山脚下形成东、西月城。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">明洪武十四年（公元1381年），大将军徐达领兵修筑三十二座关城，界岭口关为“最要”。因为这里曾是汉民族与蒙古等游牧民族分界的地方，古称“界岭”，界岭山、界岭口都因此而得名。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">自古以来，这里就是兵家必争之地。明代，发生在这里的大小战事有上百起。长城抗战期间，侵华日军曾与我守军在此展开激烈的拉锯战。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">走上“金台”，乔国华从这里俯瞰，界岭口村尽收眼中。只见村中的民居、道路，仍然沿袭着旧时的“九宫格”布局，三横三纵，方正规矩，守城兵士好像还随时可以从这里冲上长城。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">对面山上，就是“银台”。乔国华的家就在对面山脚下。两层楼中间，“界岭口长城保护工作站”字样的蓝底大牌匾格外显眼。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">牌匾上，乔国华的名字和联系电话也十分醒目。把自己的信息放大，一来方便人们找他，另外也足见这个身份对他而言的金贵。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>下山体味百姓灶台</strong></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">巡查过12座敌台，晚上6点半左右，正是炊烟升起还未消散的时候，乔国华回到村中。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">这几年，作为全市唯一获评“中国传统村落”的界岭口村，吸引了很多自发来寻幽探古的游客。村中的“艳华农家乐”，这天就来了几位唐山的游客。村民杨晓志、陈艳华夫妇正给他们忙活着晚饭。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">家常鲤鱼早已下锅，此时正在文火慢炖，鱼香飘散；过年才上桌的“栊梳背儿肉”已蒸得红红亮亮端上来，杨晓志正给客人讲解它“好运连连”的寓意；陈艳华在厨房里将另一道村中的特色菜“炸千子”炸得“滋啦”作响……</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">杨晓志人缘好，懂得联络人，还爱研究长城历史文化，和妻子在村里干农家乐已有十多年。国内国外的游客都慕名来吃住，特别是旅游旺季，“艳华农家乐”总是宾客盈门。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">看到杨晓志家门口高高竖起的仿古广告牌，乔国华想起前几天老杨为了家中厢房自办的“界岭口历史文化展馆”，曾向他打听游客在《长城文化留言簿》上手绘的“金台”和“银台”的事，便走进了杨家大院。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">杨家大院是当年提调署衙的所在，几百年过去，仍依稀可见当年的气派。尤其是宽敞的后院，进深足有二十多米。后院主屋住着杨晓志年近90岁的老母亲，三间厢房被他改成了两间民宿和一间餐厅。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">一见乔国华，杨晓志就把他拽进了自办展馆对面自己研究长城文化的小屋子，拿出那本写满全国各地游客和好几个外国游客留言的簿子：“快给我说说。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“你看，这有两个券门的是‘金台’，也就是东月台，西月台只有一个券门，他画得真挺像的。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“是吧，当时我就觉得画得挺好。后来在网上一搜，这个阮明昊不简单啊，《北京日报》有篇关于他的长篇报道。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">……</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“老乔！”刚出杨家大院，乔国华就听到有人叫他，回头一看，是“豆腐坊”刘玉侠的老伴儿——乔国和。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“今天卖得咋样？”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“豆腐、豆皮、豆浆，都卖光了，好几拨老顾客来取，家里还来客了。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">乔家除了是远近闻名的豆腐世家，“玉侠婶小厨”也是名声在外。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“明儿早点过来喝豆浆。”</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“好嘞！”与乔国和道过别，乔国华走过村庄入口处的城门洞，几名村民正在此坐靠闲聊。“吃过了？”“老乔，又上‘金台’了啊？”……乔国华与他们闲扯过几句家常，便走向河对面的家中。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="center" style="text-indent: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>“出山”尚待全新平台</strong></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">“中国传统村落”，界岭口村的名头可以说不小。而当年碧桂园集团的帮建，给这里打下了乡村振兴的基础，也留下了不少文化产业，包括村史馆和民宿集群。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">2018年，碧桂园集团开始帮建界岭口村的乡村振兴项目，重点围绕组织振兴、人才振兴、产业振兴、文化振兴和生态振兴五大振兴推进。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">当年12月1日，“碧桂园界岭口村乡村振兴项目部临时党支部”成立，牵头组织项目建设，并建设了党建活动基地和乡村振兴培训中心。12月18日，以村“两委”班子成员为代表，作为股东注册成立了“界岭口双月城乡村旅游专业合作社”。第二年4月3日，碧桂园集团碧乡公司与合作社共同注册成立抚宁区碧岭旅游发展有限公司，合作社通过提供闲置民宅、流转土地、人力服务等内容替代实缴注册资本入股，享受利润总额的40%。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">乡村振兴，产业振兴是关键。整个界岭口村被规划为“一河”“三街”“三巷”“四坊”“一馆”“一集群”。“三街”“三巷”既有传统民俗街、特色美食街、历史风貌街，又有传统民宅古巷、历史怀旧古巷。“四坊”包括品茶坊、咖啡坊、豆腐坊和手工坊。“一馆”是村史馆。“一集群”是指特色民宿集群。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">目前村内共有“止止居”和“享野居”两个民宿集群，10间高品质客房。按照当年的协议，民宿营收的40%归村集体，给村民的每平方米6元租金每5年上涨20%，20年租期后，房子及屋内的一切全部送给村民。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">在“止止居”特色民宿里，影壁墙上就镶嵌着界岭口村的24个姓氏。这么多的姓氏，说明这一军事要塞为抵御外族入侵，曾有五湖四海的将士前来驻守。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">而许多青砖黛瓦、古色古香、修旧如旧的民宿，虽然外面看上去还是一百多年前的村舍模样，走进屋内，却满是现代化的新物件——可茶可咖啡的古香古色案几，可升降隐藏的电视，躺在里面可以望见长城的浴缸……现代文明与古老历史的碰撞，打破庸常的体验，让人感受到不同年代的沟通与交流。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;">这些文化产业，需要找到能让它们重新焕发生命力的“新活法”。在当年乡村振兴经验的基础之上，界岭口村需要找到一条新路。而界岭口村的名气，要走出大山，进一步传扬，也需要借助一个全新的平台。</div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="" style="text-indent: 2em;"></div><div class="content_type content_type_0007" data-content-type="content_type_0007" data-w-e-type="contenttype" justify-type="left" style="text-indent: 0px;
