近日，位于海港区的国家能源集团国电电力秦皇岛公司2x350MW等容量替代工程进入收尾阶段。据了解，该项目占地137亩，为等容量替代、等煤量替代和减排放的热电联产项目，采用国内先进技术，致力打造“安全环保、清洁低碳、经济高效、融合互补、灵活智慧”的临海城市综合能源服务电站。项目投产后，可满足1800万平方米供热需求，设计工业供汽能力140t/h，为海港区、山海关区集中供热提供支撑。
