<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>孙雪梅<strong>）</strong>近日，东北大学秦皇岛分校举办第二届学生生涯发展咨询会，以“精准指导+沉浸体验+朋辈互助”的多元互动模式，为近2000名学生送上一场“一站式”生涯发展盛宴。

活动现场设立了一对一咨询、AI求职体验、简历修改、形象设计及“生涯嘉年华”五大功能区，覆盖升学、就业、公务员考试、留学规划等13个主题。64位校内外专家及师生代表，以及来自中国兵器装备集团、中信戴卡、中兴通讯等企业的资深专家，共同为学生提供从自我认知到职业探索的全链条支持。活动首次启用优秀高年级学生担任朋辈咨询师，围绕考研保研、公考等热门话题分享实战经验。活动还新增“基层就业”咨询专区，由已入选国家基层项目的学生代表现场解读政策与发展前景。

学校学生就业指导中心负责人表示，学校将结合问卷反馈，持续整合校内外资源，为学生提供全周期、多维度的生涯发展指导，助力学子在成长道路上精准发力、行稳致远。
