近日，天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院综合内二科举办世界卒中日义诊活动，增强居民保健意识，提醒大家：对于脑卒中要“尽早识别，立刻就医”，早发现、早诊断、早治疗可以有效降低脑卒中发病率。

世界卒中组织指出，90%的脑卒中可以避免，每一个人都是自己生命和健康的第一责任人，要从我做起，主动预防，最大限度避免脑卒中发生。

义诊现场，义诊团队设立咨询台，发放卒中预防、锻炼和后期康复手册，免费为参加活动的市民测量血压、血糖，同时提醒大家在日常生活中要养成适量运动、合理膳食、戒烟限酒、平衡心理的健康生活方式，出现身体不适要紧急就医。该院内科主任柴丽丽详细讲解了“中风120”口诀、“BEFAST”口诀。综合内科二病区护士长黄晨琪科普了脑卒中的预防及护理知识。

不少市民带着自己的病例向义诊医生咨询请教，在场医生耐心地一一解答，切实提高了大家对脑卒中的认知。义诊医生的专业能力和热情态度得到了大家的一致认可。
