<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>孙雪梅<strong>）</strong>11月11日，市旅游和文化广电局与秦皇岛出入境边防检查站签署战略合作框架协议，双方将携手建立全方位合作机制，围绕打造河北“国门会客厅”、服务保障涉外文旅活动、加强出入境政策宣传推介、开展党建共建协作，以及推进文化国门建设等多个领域展开深度合作。

此次合作秉持“警地共建、资源共享，优势互补、互利共赢”的原则，为推动战略合作落到实处，双方共同提出四项合作方向，包括共同打造国门文化新窗口、拓展便利政策服务通道、筑牢口岸安全治理屏障、共享文化融合发展成果等。这些举措将致力于在国门口岸一线打造具有秦皇岛特色的通关场景，释放过境免签等政策红利，建立跨部门协同监管机制，并推进地域文化与边检职业文化的融合创新。
