10月16日，为推动区域肿瘤患者伤口造口护理学科发展，以“携手共进，融合赋能”为主题的学术交流会在天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院顺利召开。天津医科大学肿瘤医院伤口造口护理专家和天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院的临床护理骨干汇聚一堂，分享该领域的新成果，探索重点难点问题，开启院际合作新篇章。

在当前医学分科日益精细的背景下，慢性难愈性伤口的治理已成为多学科共同面临的挑战。天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院作为肿瘤专科医院，造口患者相对较多，在伤口造口专科护理方面积累了深厚的临床经验。天津医科大学肿瘤医院拥有优秀的专业人才、前沿的信息资源、先进的医护设备及技术。活动中，双方分享了对肿瘤患者伤口造口失禁护理的成功经验，为进一步紧密合作奠定了基础。

天津市肿瘤医院秦皇岛医院伤口小组成员雷静结合大量临床实例，深入浅出地阐述了住院患者压力性损伤管理的要点，重点讲解了从风险评估到干预措施的全流程、标准化管理，并就如何构建科学的压力性损伤防护体系提出了具体看法。杨婷婷和杨敏分别以《伤口周围皮肤与伤口愈合的关系及应对策略》《癌性伤口护理要点》为题，从专科角度出发，对肿瘤患者复杂伤口和癌性伤口护理的重点难点进行了深入分析。外科护士长王莹带来的《ERAS模式下肠造口术前护理实践分享》则对造口患者术前管理要点进行了总结。

此次交流会成功地搭建了高水准的交流平台，标志着两院在伤口治疗领域的合作迈出坚实的一步。未来，两院计划将这种合作常态化，定期开展病例讨论、联合查房和科研合作，促进区域整体医疗水平提高，将学术成果转化为提升患者福祉的切实力量。
