习近平指出，芬兰是美丽的“千湖之国”，也是第一批同中国签署政府间贸易协定的欧洲国家之一。中芬建交75年来，双边关系超越社会制度和意识形态，历经国际风云变幻考验，政治、经贸、人文等合作不断深化。去年10月，斯图布总统成功对中国进行国事访问，我们共同为中芬面向未来的新型合作伙伴关系发展擘画了蓝图。我高度重视中芬关系发展，愿同斯图布总统一道努力，传承和发扬两国友好传统，引领中芬各领域合作开创新局面，共同推进平等有序的世界多极化和普惠包容的经济全球化。

斯图布表示，芬中两国关系紧密，基础稳固。建交75年来，双边关系稳定发展，合作不断拓展。去年10月我首次对中国进行国事访问，双方发表《关于推进芬中面向未来的新型合作伙伴关系的联合工作计划（2025－2029）》。国际社会信任中国作为联合国安理会常任理事国的作用。我期待同习近平主席继续就双边和全球性议题保持对话。
