本报讯（通讯员 陈清清） 近年来，澜沧拉祜族自治县坚持“党建+”工作思路，把惠民生、优服务作为托起“一老一小”的幸福载体，全力推进“一老一小”事业发展。

“娜登社区是澜沧县易地扶贫搬迁最大的县城集中安置点，社区居民来自9乡24个行政村，从大山里‘搬’出来后，他们多以外出务工为主要收入来源。”娜登社区党总支书记陈春仙说，为确保群众“搬得来、留得住”，社区一方面在抓治理、抓产业上持续发力；另一方面通过完善教育、医疗、养老等服务设施，让搬迁群众从生活上、情感上融入，真正实现“一步住上好房子、快步过上好日子”的美好愿景。

“为让外出务工家庭无后顾之忧，我们通过开展党员结对帮扶、志愿者家访等工作，让千家万户更有依靠。”课外班主任周露露说。

近年来，澜沧县始终坚持党建引领，不断充实完善“童伴妈妈”志愿服务队，针对中小学留守儿童组建了一支以党员为主的“课外班主任”队伍，开展关爱慰问、亲情陪护、课后咨询等志愿服务，力所能及为留守儿童提供帮助。

截至目前，澜沧县共有留守儿童1260人，其中困境儿童241名。为进一步做好留守儿童关爱和未成年人保护工作，澜沧县人民检察院积极探索“党建+团建+妇建”服务新模式，打造“小葫芦”未检品牌，联合关工委、团委、妇联等开展法治宣传进校园活动30余场次，实施精准帮教。

走进东回镇龙泉湖社区日间照料中心，映入眼帘的是宽敞明亮的餐厅、厨房、休息室等功能区，无障碍坡道、加装扶手的楼梯等“适老化”设施一应俱全。

“日间照料中心的建成不仅方便了‘小家’，更温暖了‘大家’。”龙泉湖社区监督委员会主任魏永明说。

目前，全县已建成养老服务设施23个，其中敬老院13所，城乡居家养老服务中心（站）、日间照料中心10个。通过探索“互联网+智慧养老”的模式，初步实现对106名集中供养老人的“智能化”管理。
