本报讯（通讯员 钱雯琳 文/图） 眼下，景谷傣族彝族自治县的茶叶进入采收季，漫山遍野绿意盎然、茶香四溢，茶农的脸上洋溢着丰收的喜悦。

走进景谷镇文山村马厩村民小组的茶园，茶树在海拔2200米的无量山山脉上呈块状和零星分布。得益于温和多雨、云雾缭绕的高海拔自然环境，这里的茶叶茶质柔嫩，色翠香幽，回甘绵长。

“为提高茶叶品质，文山村茶园使用古法技艺制茶传统，精挑细选茶原料，并获得有机土壤认证，按照有机茶园的标准进行管护。好好守护这些茶树，我们的乡村振兴的梦想就一定会实现。”景谷镇文山村党总支书记石凤益说。

清晨山中的雾气未散，文山村的茶农们已早早挎上竹篓，赶到茶园，开始了一天的采摘工作。“我家种了100亩的茶，目前有白茶、红茶、晒青茶三类茶产品，每公斤茶叶可以卖到150元左右。今年请了200多名工人来帮忙采摘茶叶，今年预计茶叶收入能有10多万元。”文山村妇女主任、马厩小组党支部书记谢丽琼笑着说。作为村里的电商达人，她通过抖音直播，拓宽销售渠道，并且在取得更大的关注度后，带动了更多村民参与其中。

近年来，文山村充分发挥党建引领作用，为村民解决就业岗位，让村民们享受到发展茶产业带来的红利。马厩茶叶农民专业合作社总产值达140万元，辐射带动周边农户60户，实现户均增收2万元以上。

“景谷镇将加快生态有机茶园认证和白茶园、老茶园改造的步伐，在提质增效方面再下功夫，走生态、绿色、有机的发展之路，加快茶旅融合的步伐。”据景谷镇党委书记李家富介绍，景谷镇现有茶园面积5.9万亩，获得有机认证的面积2.8 万亩，共有涉茶经营主体1032家，镇内年产茶叶3000吨以上，产值达4亿多元。下一步，景谷镇还将持续举办以茶叶为主的乡村赛事、采摘、民俗文化节会等活动，不断做响景谷镇茶叶品牌，让片片绿叶子成为百姓增收致富的金名片。
